I still remember a day when I met a friend for the very first time and I felt too calm and peace inside that I felt some deep soul connection with him. Although it was a first meeting, deep within myself I felt a positive energy burst within myself. Later on, day after day, months after months, and year after year, events, and situations happened, and its 10 years ago, I still feel calm whenever I meet him.
That's the impact of aura. His aura is strong, clear, positive and vibrating.
Your aura is your energetic fingerprint. It surrounds you like an invisible bubble, reacting to your emotions, thoughts, and the energy of others. When your aura is strong and clean, you feel grounded, vibrant, and connected. But when it’s weak or clouded, you might feel tired, anxious, or like something is “off”… even if everything seems fine on the outside.
There were moments in my life where I couldn’t explain why I felt so exhausted around certain people—even though they hadn’t done anything wrong. Later, I realized: it wasn’t their words—it was their energy. Their aura was heavy. And I was absorbing it.
When I began meditating regularly, setting energetic boundaries, and taking time for solitude, my aura began to feel different. I felt lighter. More intuitive. I started attracting deeper connections and clarity in decisions I had been struggling with.
That’s the magic of understanding your aura—it becomes your spiritual compass.
Aura isn’t a new term to understand. It’s your emotional atmosphere. And just like a home needs cleaning, your aura needs nurturing, care and protection—through mindfulness, nature, movement, healing foods, and most importantly, awareness.
