How to Open Your Heart for the Universe’s Blessings!

There was a time in my life when everything felt stuck. Even though I was doing all the “right” things on the outside, but inside- I felt blocked, restless, and disconnected. It was as if the universe had stopped showering blessings upon me, but over time, I learned the truth: it wasn’t the universe that had closed its doors: it was my heart that had shut down.

Since then, I've walked the path of healing and rediscovery. And with each small shift, I began to feel the warmth of divine blessings again. If you're on a similar journey of feeling lost, heavy, stuck or just out of sync-just know that you're not alone. Here’s what helped me open my heart again, and it might help you too.

Follow these ways to open your heart-

1. Start With Gratitude, Even When It's Hard, but Start Small

I began with something simple: every morning, I would whisper “thank you” — even when I didn’t feel thankful. Slowly, that practice softened something inside me. I started writing down three things each morning: the sunrise, my breath, and for my family. These small things became my daily reminders that blessings never left, I had just stopped noticing them because I was living my life from my mind, not from the heart.

2. Sit in Silence and Listen to Your Soul

There were days when I felt like crying for no reason. So I gave myself permission to just sit, breathe, and feel it all, even crying. I would close my eyes, place a hand on my heart, and just listen. I didn’t realize how loud the world had become until I found the quiet within. That stillness became sacred. It’s where the universe began speaking back to me, not in words, but in calmness, clarity, and peace. I was getting irritated and frustrated with the noise of my children because I was not having calm inside.

3. Forgive and Let Go of What Weighs You Down

This was the hardest part. I carried so much pain from the past - guilts, fears, blames, regrets, disappointments, and heartbreaks. I realized they were like heavy bags I dragged through life. One by one, I learned to forgive-not for others, but for my own inner freedom. When I let go of the past, it felt like I could finally breathe deeply again. My heart felt lighter and into that space, the universe poured its love.

4. Trust in the Timing of Life

There were times I begged the universe for answers. Why now? Why not me? Why the delay? Why am I here? But eventually, I surrendered. I began to trust that what was meant for me would find me. That faith didn’t come easily — it came from falling and rising again. But once I stopped resisting and started trusting, the flow of life returned. And with it, unexpected beauty.

5. Surround Yourself With Light

Your environment matters more than you think. I started creating little sanctuaries around me - little rock salt lamp, fresh flowers and music that soothes the soul and friends who nourish instead of drain. I found that my heart naturally opened in spaces that felt safe, sacred, and joyful.

 6. Speak Kindly to Yourself

“I am healthy. I am wealthy. I am Rich. I am abundant. I am loved.” These became my mantras. I would say them softly each morning, even if my mind didn’t believe them yet. Over time, these words began to heal old wounds. Speak to yourself as you would to a dear friend. Your soul is listening.

7. Give Love, Even If You Feel Empty

One of the most magical shifts came when I began helping others was not for recognition, but because it felt right. A kind message, a prayer for someone, a gentle smile to a stranger: these small acts filled me in ways I never expected. The universe often blesses us through the love we give to others.

So, If you’re reading this, maybe you’re searching for something deeper — peace, connection, clarity. I want you to know that you are already deeply loved and guided. Sometimes, all it takes is a small step: a prayer, a breath, a moment of stillness. Open your heart — not with force, but with softness. The blessings you’re waiting for are already moving toward you.

Just be relax, Be gentle with yourself. Just be willing to receive them...

With love and light,
