You're Finally Seeing Life Without Rose-Colored Glasses

Remember when you used to binge Netflix to avoid your feelings? Or scroll social media when things got heavy? Well, spiritual awakening is like someone took away all your favorite hiding spots. You start feeling everything—the good, the bad, and the stuff you've been running from for years. Truth has a way of surfacing, and sometimes truth is a tough pill to swallow.

Place your hand on your chest and take the slowest, deepest breath you can manage. As you breathe, whisper to yourself: "I am safe. I am guided. I am growing." When everything feels chaotic, your breath is the one thing that's always there for you.

Write It Out—No Filter

Grab a journal (or even your phone) and ask yourself these questions:

"What am I really afraid of letting go?"

"What part of me is trying to protect me with this anxiety?"

Don't edit yourself. Let whatever comes up spill onto the page. Sometimes our souls know exactly what we need to hear, but our minds are too busy panicking to listen.

Talk to Yourself Like You Would a Best Friend

Every night before bed, try saying this (out loud or in your head):
